The Liberty Group, via MWR, is sponsoring a social sail for single sailors only.  Goal is to expose the sailors to the sailing program and provide them with an alternative to other Friday evening activities.

Space is limited to 9 sailors, plus the NPSC Skipper & Crew.

Attire: Sensible shoes (sneakers or boating shoes), layers, light jacket.  It's getting into late October, so the air is cooler and it's always a few degrees cooler on the water.  

Snacks: Liberty will provide finger food and soft drinks.  No glass containers.

Sailplan: Muster at the Clubhouse at 1600 so Skipper can complete the sailplan.  Proceed to Blue Goose for an estimated underway at 1615.  Unfurl sails after leaving the basin and sail up the Patuxent River for about an hour, then turn around and sail back to the Marina.  Expected return is approximately 1900.
